After 25+ years in corporate business and technology, I discovered something troubling: small businesses, farms, nonprofits, and households desperately need strategic and technology support—but there's nowhere for them to turn. The big consulting firms and managed service providers are too expensive or focused on enterprise clients. Local options are often unreliable or untrustworthy.

That's why I founded Skyview Strategic Solutions.

MY STORY

I'm Courtney Paus, and my path here wasn't straightforward.

After nearly a decade with the same company, my position was eliminated during organizational restructuring. Like many other professionals who've experienced this, I found myself suddenly searching for what came next.

I applied to hundreds of jobs I was fully qualified for—most never even acknowledged my application.

So I invested in myself. I earned my PMP certification, completed courses in AI integration, and built global connections. Through unique opportunities to serve in other areas, I kept working, kept learning, and kept listening to what people actually needed.

That's when I saw the gap: businesses and households struggling without affordable, trustworthy support. I'd spent 25+ years solving problems across diverse industries—from commercial HVAC systems to healthcare facilities to private equity portfolio companies spanning manufacturing, agriculture, and beyond.

In every role, I did the same thing: I figured out what clients actually needed to drive their work forward. Not what was requested—what was needed.

That's what I do at Skyview.

I naturally look for opportunities to optimize—whether that means improving how workflows function, simplifying systems that waste time, or eliminating cost inefficiencies to strengthen your financial performance without sacrificing quality. I don’t just solve surface problems; I dig deeper to find the patterns, bottlenecks, and hidden costs that slow progress, then design practical fixes that deliver measurable results.
