Other times, we may be able to help remotely, or you can arrange to drop off your computer or device and pick it up when the work is complete.

We'll talk through what's happening and figure out the most practical way to help.

IN-HOME SUPPORT

Some problems are best solved right where they're happening. Skyview can come to you to troubleshoot, set things up, connect devices, provide one-on-one help, or work on technology that needs to stay in your home.

REMOTE SUPPORT

Not every problem requires a house call. When it makes sense, Skyview may be able to connect remotely and help troubleshoot or work through the issue with you.

DROP-OFF & PICKUP

If the work can be done away from your home, you can arrange to drop off your computer or device and pick it up when it's ready.
